CAG Vinod Rai to head UN panel of external auditors Comptroller and Auditor General Vinod Rai has been elected as the Chairman of the Panel of external auditors of the UN specialised agencies and IAEA. He succeeds Norbert Hauser, Vice President, Federal court of auditors Germany.
