Ahead of the Special Representative-level talks on boundary issues ,Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is set to meet Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Bali, Indonesia, on the sidelines of the ASEAN and East Asia summits.
The two leaders had met on the sidelines of the East Asia and Asean summits in Hanoi in 2010
The meeting, which follows the first India-China strategic economic dialogue in September 2011, assumes significance in the wake of recent war of words between New Delhi and Beijing over joint oil exploration projects of India and Vietnam in the South China Sea. Then there were reports of INS Airavat being confronted by Chinese navy.
